The Heirloom Week Sale

So we took down the wall between our dining room and kitchen in order to bring more light into our dining room. The space that it created was perfect for a kitchen island. I researched many sites before finding The Rural Art. I was able to personalize the island exactly to my liking and decided to take advantage of the Labor Day Sale. The Rural Art kept me updated every step of the way, as each piece is handcrafted. When the day came for delivery, there were a few hiccups in trying to get the island into the house because I had not thought to measure the depth and our doorway. After I had figured out a way, The Rural Art was all about helping me and making it happen. I truly was a bit surprised at the incredible and thoughtful help all throughout this process. TRA was extraordinary in the customer service department, and I do not say that lightly. I do not believe I have ever had such timely and helpful customer service in dealing with any company, like, ever. We are so thrilled with how this island has created such a fun place for the family to gather. Please see my pics!

I knew this bar cabinet was just what we needed to finish off our enclosed lanai space. It fits perfectly under our 70 inch TV and provides a beautiful finish to the room as a whole. I worked directly with Kevin whose Customer Service went above and beyond. I knew my wine chiller would fit perfectly in the space provided and I have so much room for the rest of our beverages and glasses. I bought this teak wood bed for my new home and I just love it! I paid extra for priority shipping and it showed up right on time. The only little thing was that it came packed in a big wooden crate, but I talked to Sarah in customer support and she was so helpful. She found me local help to get it moved in, which made things so much easier.

I bought this cabinet for our new home and had to request delayed shipping twice—they held it for 9 weeks without any issue. Really impressed with the service and support. Now that it’s in my home, I truly admire its beauty!

Everything I’ve bought has been super well made and looks amazing. The bed frame especially blew me away, it’s even better in real than in the pics! Delivery was easy and smooth. Just a little advice: do yourself a favor and go for the priority shipping unless you enjoy waiting three months and casually checking your tracking number like it’s a hobby (like I did). But honestly, even with the wait, the quality and craftsmanship make it totally worth it!
